The AV volunteer receives your song suggestion. Once accepted, Presenter adds the song to the service and puts it on screen.

Send a song from Worship Assist. With automatic acceptance enabled, Presenter puts it on screen and the local AI Assistant takes it from there, following the prepared lyrics as you sing. Your team, Presenter and AI work together. Set up and rehearse the flow before going live.

Do changes on my screen affect the projector?
The team can share song, key and tempo choices. These do not directly control the projector. Presenter reviews song suggestions unless its operator has enabled automatic acceptance.
Can we use it without internet?
Yes, while connected to Presenter on the same local network. Cloud connections require internet and an active Team subscription.
