Open Import songs in Presenter (or just drag the files in). Choose individual files, a database export, or your whole song-library folder.

ProWeave detects each format automatically, scans everything, and shows you a preview. You choose exactly which songs to bring in — nothing is imported blindly.
Own your songs — forever
Imported songs become plain-text lyric files in a folder you control. No proprietary database, no lock-in — they're simply yours.
Migrate to ProWeave
Start with your current software: WorshipTools, ProPresenter, EasyWorship, OpenLP, SongBeamer, Planning Center or a spreadsheet. Follow the steps for songs and media, or for people and service plans.
Hub imports a reviewed people CSV without sending invitations. Teams, roles, assignments and service plans are set up separately. The guide includes the WorshipTools route and a sample CSV.
Formats Presenter can read
Point Presenter at your library — it detects each format automatically. Here's what to bring for each supported type.
WorshipTools Presenter / Planning
Copy each song’s ChordPro source or lyrics into a text file
Open the song editor in WorshipTools Planning or Charts, copy the text, and save one .chordpro or .txt file per song. The Export list CSV is an inventory, not a lyrics export. Service plans, media and slide styling need separate preparation.
ProPresenter 7
.pro presentation files, or your whole library folder
Drop the files or the folder in — ProWeave detects the format, reads titles and stanzas, and shows a preview before anything is imported.
ProPresenter 4–6
.pro4 / .pro5 / .pro6 files (XML)
Older ProPresenter libraries import the same way — including CCLI song numbers where present.
EasyWorship 6.1 / 7
Songs.db together with SongWords.db (or the older SongWords.dat)
Point ProWeave at your EasyWorship database files and the whole song library is scanned in one pass.
OpenLP / OpenLyrics
songs.sqlite database, or OpenLyrics .xml / .zip exports
Both the OpenLP database itself and OpenLyrics exports (also used by several other tools) are recognised automatically.
SongBeamer
.sng files or your song folder
SongBeamer's format — common in German-speaking churches — imports with verses and structure intact.
ChordPro
.cho, .chordpro, .crd, or ChordPro-style .txt files
Chord annotations are handled gracefully so your lyrics arrive clean and ready to present.
CSV & plain text
A .csv export or simple .txt lyric files
Use a CSV containing both song titles and lyric text, or one .txt file per song. A list of song titles alone cannot recreate the songs.
CCLI SongSelect
Lyrics .txt downloads from SongSelect
Presenter watches your downloads folder — download a song from SongSelect and it lands in your library automatically.
If your current tool exports CSV or ChordPro, Presenter can take it from there — even when there is no direct library file to open.
Your slides and media too
PowerPoint & Google Slides
Drop a .pptx into Presenter for native playback with supported animations and videos, without Microsoft PowerPoint installed. Export Google Slides as .pptx or PDF, or use the Google Slides PDF import in Hub with Team.
PDFs are native
Sermon slides, liturgy sheets, announcements — drop any PDF into the deck and present it page by page. No conversion step at all.
Images & video
Your existing backgrounds, loops, and announcement videos are just files — drag them into the media library and they're ready to go.
Songs you own — plain files
Imported songs live as plain-text files you can open, edit, and take anywhere. Nothing is locked in a proprietary vault. If a format we don't read yet is holding you up, contact us — we'll help you get your songs across, free of charge.
Do we have to rebuild our entire library?
Start with an export from your current program. Presenter supports several song formats. Check the formats above, import a small selection and review the result first.
Can we keep using our slides and media?
You can bring PowerPoint, PDF, images and video into Presenter. Check the supported options above and preview the result before your first service.
Can we also bring our people into Hub?
Yes. The Hub migration guide explains the CSV import for people. It is a separate step from importing songs into Presenter.
