What has improved across ProWeave

Service preparation, reusable media and optional recovery copies, alongside clearer permissions and invitations. Explore the improvements in Hub and Presenter.

Hub

  • Reusable media and Canva imports

    Reuse one Hub file across services, or keep recurring media longer within Team storage. With a permitted Canva connection, approve access in your browser and import a PDF or MP4 into Hub or Presenter. Presenter saves an offline copy before adding it to the deck.

  • Collaboration is a choice per event

    Invitees have read access by default. An admin enables Collaboration when invited volunteers and guests should help edit the service.

  • Invitations with privacy choices

    Record your organisation’s email privacy information, include it in invitations, and honour account-free unsubscribe choices. Joining an organisation requires accepting the invitation.

  • One service, separate replies for each role

    People invited for several roles see one service card, with an independent answer for each role. Delivery reports distinguish sending problems from volunteer replies.

  • People and organisation details stay clear

    Archive or restore people with a visible status, including on mobile. Keep the organisation’s city, country and timezone together so event times use the same reference.

  • Guidance for the task at hand

    Choose a short guided tour for finding your way, preparing a service, scheduling a team or getting ready for Presenter.

  • Online backup, with your approval

    With Team, choose known collections or one deck with linked media. Review space before enabling automatic backup or uploading. Backups share the 50 GB allowance and keep two versions per computer; restore your own saved copies into a new folder, even after Team ends while you remain an organisation member.

  • Add to a section or present immediately

    Right-click library content to choose its section. Present now adds it after the current live cue, or in a suitable position before starting. Upload files to Hub from Presenter, and use the signed-in church icon from Hub.

  • Start with a service you can explore

    Optional offline examples include a song, Bible passage, image, PDF and video. Guided tours help with preparation, presenting and the local AI Assistant.

  • Clearer song imports and recovery

    CCLI text and lyrics parsing handle more source layouts. Failed song saves and CSV imports show specific reasons so you can correct the source and try again.

  • Better Linux setup and outputs

    Linux packages include the matching NDI runtime and an improved browser-to-Presenter sign-in handoff. Output and audio support depend on the platform and cue type.

  • Optional product diagnostics

    Periodic diagnostics are off by default. If enabled, they send limited operational information without presentation content, song lyrics or audio. Sending a problem report is a separate action.
