System requirements
Will Presenter work on your computer?
Start with the computer you already have. Check the basics below, then try your own service during the 28-day pilot. Presenter runs on a laptop or desktop; phones and tablets can join through Remote.
Supported computers

- macOS 12 Monterey or later
Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) or a 64-bit Intel Mac.
- Windows
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
Intel / AMD: Windows 10 version 2004 or later (build 19041). ARM / Snapdragon: Windows 11.
- Linux
- Ubuntu 22.04+ or Debian 12+
A 64-bit computer: Intel / AMD (x64) or ARM64. Installation with APT includes the required software.
Working memory (RAM)
The basic minimum for simple presentations is 2 GB. Your operating system may need more: Windows 11 requires at least 4 GB. For video or local AI, we recommend 8 GB or more.
Space for your files
Allow room for Presenter and your songs, presentations and videos. Leave a few extra GB if you want to download local AI models.
A connection to your screen
Connect your projector or TV with a suitable cable, such as HDMI or USB-C, and an adapter if needed. Your computer must support the number of screens you want to use.

Using video, several screens or AI?
These need more processing power than songs and simple slides. For live AI lyrics, we recommend at least 8 GB of memory, with about 4 GB free while Presenter is running. Allow a few GB for the models, and a microphone or audio feed for Presenter to listen to.
Apple Silicon Macs can accelerate AI. On Intel / AMD Windows PCs, a dedicated graphics card with Vulkan support is recommended. Older Intel Macs and Linux can use lighter CPU presets. Windows on ARM has limited AI features and no NDI video output. Test your own videos, AI and screens together before a service.

Use internet to download Presenter, activate your trial or licence, and prepare online content. Prepared local songs, Bible passages and media work offline. Flex and Team refresh their licence online every 30 days, with 14 days of grace; Own needs one online activation.
Remote and Worship Assist open in a current phone or tablet browser: no app installation needed. For local use, connect them to the same network as Presenter. Hub, cloud Remote, YouTube and other online content need internet. A phone or tablet does not replace the Presenter computer.
Where do I find my computer details?
- macOS
- Open the Apple menu → About This Mac. Look for the macOS version, chip or processor, and memory.
- Windows
- Open Settings → System → About. Look for the Windows version, installed RAM and system type.
- Linux
- Open Settings → About (or System information). Look for your distribution, version, processor and memory.
Try it with your own setup.
