Can we buy Presenter as a one-time purchase?
Yes. For €299 per church, you can buy Presenter for up to five active computers, including 12 months of updates and support. You can keep using the latest version covered by that period afterwards. Hub and cloud features are part of the Team subscription.
Do we have to keep paying for updates after buying Presenter?
No. You can keep using the version covered by your update year. When you want newer releases, you can buy another update year for €299. You do not pay for years you skipped.
How does a Presenter or Team subscription work?
You pay monthly or yearly. While your subscription is active, you can use Presenter with ongoing updates and support. Team also includes Hub and cloud features. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of your paid period.
What does Team add to Presenter?
Team lets you plan services and rosters together in Hub, share materials and connect your congregation. Presenter is included for up to five active computers; Hub has unlimited users. You also get Cloud Remote, linked Presenters across rooms or locations, and 50 GB of shared storage for Hub media and online Presenter backups. Service attachments expire 30 days after the service; you can keep up to 10 GB for longer within that allowance.
Can we present without internet?
Yes, with prepared services and local media. A one-time Presenter purchase only needs an internet connection for initial licence activation. With a Presenter or Team subscription, connect every 30 days for the licence check, with 14 days of grace. After that, Service Continuity lets you present a prepared service for another 2 hours. A licence check never interrupts an active presentation. Hub, cloud features and online content need internet.
